Bagani Kali Combatives

Filipino Martial Arts (Kali-Arnis-Eskrima) is the National Martial Art and National Sport of the Philippines. It refers to the Fighting Methods that originated in the Philippines which emphasizes weapon-based fighting with sticks, knives, bladed weapons and various improvised weapons, as well as “empty hand or unarmed” techniques using the same principles and training methodology used from weaponry.

The most popular forms of which are known as Kali, Arnis and Eskrima. The three are roughly interchangeable umbrella terms for the fighting arts of the Philippines.

The System

Bagani Kali Combatives is a hybrid FMA system based from the fighting strategies & principles of Grand Master Benjamin Luna Lema (Mang Ben) who founded the Lightning Scientific Arnis, described as “Serrada-Tirsia-Cadenilla y Espada-y-Daga”.

And from the concepts & techniques added by Master Elmer Ybanez (one of Mang Ben’s Top Student) who founded LESKAS and Master Manolo Del Rosario of Mandirigmang Kaliradman.
